Whilst our clients are moving towards their harvest season, Hortimare is already quite busy preparing the next seeding season. One of the pre-seeding-season activities is to assess the health, quality and quantity of cultures that we have on stock for our clients.
Based on these assessments, we know which cultures are in need of a revitalisation. With the highly appreciated help of our clients, which is needed more than ever since the Hortimare team cannot travel due to Covid-restrictions, boxes show up on our doorstep on a frequent basis containing seaweed (either with or without sori) to be used to revitalise the stock.
